The Aviva Community Fund has unveiled its 2016 campaign with Olympic gold medallist Nicola Adams, who features in a film about her Olympic journey.

Despite injury setbacks, including a fractured vertebrae in her neck, Adams has gone on to create history by winning numerous European and world titles, and will work with Aviva to support the next generation of talent by encouraging them to enter the Aviva Community Fund, which offers between £1k and £25k to sports clubs and community causes.
